We have an outstanding experience in labor issues, advising national and foreign clients, in matters of individual and collective labor law, labor litigation, social security (AFP’s, ISSS, IPSFA, UPISSS) and migration.

Our practice area is characterized by providing permanent advice to clients regarding all types of labor issues that arise within the company, whether un hiring processes, compensation, corporate policies, internal regulations, subcontracting, training, among others; and in representing their interests in labor litigation before the courts.

Regarding migration, HLB has a wide range of services and advice related to immigration regulation in El Salvador and the hiring of foreign employees. The foregoing includes the advice and processing of visa applications and work permits for foreign employees; in addition to providing the client with a comprehensive and coherent analysis in labor, social security and international mobility matters, both for companies that require recruiting foreign professionals, as well as executives and workers of other nationalities who will provide their professional services in our country.
